FINALLY. Lucy's Norwich puppies!

All Lucy's puppies eyes are now open and though it was challenging to get there attention I was able to get a few pictures of them. They are just over two weeks old and hungry ALL the time! Lucy is a wonderful first time Mother!

 

You can imagine what I had to go through with these squirmy worms to get two nice pictures. They are so much fun, like little teddy bears!

Apparently we have a competition for cuteness among the litter owners from Nicki's last litter. Manny's owners were a bit nervous how he would react to there grandchildren but he proves they "Taste Great too!" haha

Lucy update

Lucy made it through the night as well eating all her extra "special" Motherly food (ie.... what ever it takes to get here eating) this morning and as you can see is keeping a sharp eye on her kids.

It was a long night..... Contractions started for Lucy at 630am and we have two boys so far, a grizzle and black and tan. Keep up the good work Lucy!

A second puppy from Kelsey and Axel's litter went home with her new owner last night. This is something Josiah has been planning for some time and he was extremely happy to be taking her home.
