At 8 weeks old it was a tuff weekend for Gracie. Yesterday she received her first shot and today was bath day. She was a real champion shown here soggy but clean and just before blow dryer time. Her new owners have sent a care package ahead including plenty of toys and a little body harness for her to get use to. Gracie will be going back East with her new owners Jim and Pat Ayer. They will arrive later this moth to retrieve there little girl. She has been a wonderful puppy and I will miss her dearly...

Nice to see Gracie's latest picture. As a friend of the Ayer family, I look forward to her arrival here in Marblehead, MA. I hope she likes sailboats as that is what we do here in the summer when not swimming. BTW, the family name is AYER without the "S".
